Shipping to Over 200 Countries
We are proud to offer international shipping to over 200 countries. However, there are some locations to which we are unable to ship. If your address is in one of these locations, we will contact you directly.
Lost/Missing Packages
Glimira Jewelry is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before placing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost to you.
Customs
We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to having one or more packages shipped to you and potentially incurring customs fees when they arrive in your country.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary by location. Below are our estimated shipping times:- United States: 4-10 business days
- Canada, Europe: 6-10 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 12-14 business days
- Central & South America: 8-14 business days
- Asia: 8-12 business days
- Africa: 8-14 business days
The maximum delivery time is 20 business days. Please note that this does not include our 1-3 day processing time. All shipping times exclude potential customs clearance delays.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that sometimes, due to free shipping options, tracking may not be available.
No Tracking Information Available: For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Combined Shipping
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
