At Glimira Jewelry, your happiness comes first! If you’re not in love with your items, we offer a 30-day return policy—because we want you to shop with confidence.

How our Refund & Return Process works

○ Email us with pictures of your items (unused & in original packaging)
○ We’ll review your request (99% of the time, we say yes! ♡)
○ If approved, we provide a prepaid return label for eligible U.S. orders.
     • International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
     • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
○ Once we receive the items, your refund will arrive within 10 days

Tip: For international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind!

Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item(s) to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
○ Unworn & unused
○ In its original packaging with tags
○ Accompanied by proof of purchase

*Custom-made jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned.

Need to start a return? Email us at return@glimirajewelry.com, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label with easy-to-follow instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Final Sale Items

Non-returnable items include:
○ Custom & engraved jewelry
○ Gift cards
○ Final sale & clearance items
○ Earrings for hygiene reasons (if applicable)

Warranty Coverage

All orders are covered by our 1-Year warranty

○ If your jewelry experiences a manufacturing defect within the first year, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
○ This does not cover accidental damage, lost items, or normal wear and tear.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or style? While we don’t offer direct exchanges, we make it easy to get what you need:
○ Returning your original item (following our return guidelines)
○ Placing a new order for the item you want

This ensures you get your new piece as quickly as possible!

Damages & Order Issues

We inspect every piece, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know immediately! Just email return@glimirajewelry.com with proof (photo or video), and we’ll make it right ASAP.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
